I have an update on this.
I successfully deployed my first windows server 2016 instance in vCloud Air. Please see below screenshots for the same.
Server 2016 has not been added as vApp template in Public Catalogs yet. You have to upload Server 2016 iso in your Catalog and build a new vApp with customer VM selecting Server 2016 as OS.
