Check out this KB: Disabling dialogs in VMware Fusion (2008647) | VMware KB
Steps:
- Open /Users/username/Library/Preferences/VMware \Fusion/preferences
- Add/Modify this line:
hint.dui.skipAntivirusCheck.Suppressible = "FALSE"
That should suppress it.
