Problem solved.
Had to convert our Host WIndows 10 Pro OS from MBR to GPT. So now it boots in UEFI mode.
Now when Hyper-V is enabled Vmware Workstation VM's working properly, even when Hyper-V Vm's are running too.
Getting very good performance from Vmware VM's and Hyper-V VM's.
Now the only issue we have is trying to get bridged networking to work when VMware Workstation is set to Bridged networking using the hosts network adapter.
and a Hyper-V created virtual switch is set to external network and the same host network adapter is chosen.
Sometimes this works Ok and other times either the host or Vmware Vm's lose connectivity.
Maybe we need to add another NIC and have the Hyper-V switch use one physical Nic and the Vmware Workstation Bridge use a different physical nic.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
