It looks like you open the Workstation12.5 on bottom right monitor as main display. it should have the layout as you want (bottom middle and right monitors), not sure why it's not listed there.
There is a workaround though, you can move WS12.5 to the bottom middle monitor as the main display, so it should extend to right monitor as you expected.
